Job Description

  • Manage financial statement engagement work and client relationships
  • Manage supervisors, seniors and staff and workflow distribution and scheduling for
    maximum efficiency
  • Proficient in:
    Review of accounting and financial statement engagements
    GAAP, income tax basis, and other special purpose framework financial statements
    General ledger analysis
    Basic tax knowledge
    Book to tax reconciliations
    Accounting procedures and planning
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Participate in:
    Staff evaluations
    Weekly management scheduling meetings
    Mentoring Program
    Leadership Program
  • Preferred proficiency in:
    MAS90
    Creative Solutions
    Accounting CS
    Quickbooks
    Lacerte

Educational Requirements

  • Certified Public Accounting (CPA) License
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
